1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cree Sports (the “Service”) at creesports.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Submit false match results or manipulate standings in bad faith.
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Service without our written permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. League Conduct

Coordinators are responsible for managing their leagues in accordance with these Terms and any additional rules they establish. Coordinators must not use the platform to discriminate against players, collect unauthorized fees, or misrepresent league details.

Players are expected to honor match results, compete in good faith, and treat all participants with respect. Disputes about match results should be raised through the platform’s reporting tools or by contacting the league coordinator directly.

6. Payments and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription (“Pro” or “Enterprise”). The Starter plan is and will always remain free.

• All paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Cree Sports platform, including its design, software, trademarks, and content (excluding user-submitted content), is owned by or licensed to Cree Sports and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

By submitting content to the Service (such as match results, profile information, or league descriptions), you grant Cree Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREE SPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO CREE SPORTS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we determine that your conduct is harmful to other users, the platform, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, we will purge your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where Cree Sports operates. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
