• Payment Information: If you pay for a Pro or Enterprise subscription, payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials — only a Stripe customer token and subscription status.
• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data (page views, feature interactions) to improve the platform. This data does not identify you personally.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account and provide the Service.
• To send transactional communications (match notifications, score confirmations, standings updates).
• To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities.

• To improve and develop the platform based on aggregated usage patterns.

4. Data Sharing

• Stripe: Payment processing for Pro and Enterprise subscriptions.
• Twilio / Telnyx: SMS delivery for match and league notifications (Pro and Enterprise plans).
• Microsoft Azure Application Insights: Application performance monitoring and error tracking. Data is anonymized where possible.

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes beyond the services they perform for us.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and associated data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will purge your personal information from our systems within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory compliance purposes. Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot be used to identify you.
