Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens when my free plan limits are reached?
You can continue using your existing divisions and players, but you won't be able to add more beyond the Starter limits. Upgrade to Pro to unlock unlimited capacity.
How does the annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged once per year at a discounted rate of $290/year (equivalent to about $24/month), saving you 17% compared to monthly billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or long-term commitments on any plan. You only pay the advertised price.
What does fee collection via Stripe include?
Pro and Enterprise plans can collect league fees, match fees, and other payments from players directly through the platform. Stripe processing fees apply separately.
